Flexible Exam Invigilation Opportunities
Looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule?
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Exam Invigilators to assist with the running of exams in Hackney. This role is ideal for university students seeking extra income, parents or carers returning to work, and retirees looking for a few hours of work each week. Exams will take place from May to June.
Role and Hours
Invigilation sessions are available in the mornings and afternoons, allowing you to choose between half-day or full-day shifts.
Typical hours are:
Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Full day: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Start and finish times may vary.
Responsibilities
As an Examination Invigilator, you will:
Ensure exam papers remain secure and exams run according to regulations.
Assist in seating students and provide essential exam instructions.
Ensure students have the necessary materials.
Support students who require assistance with reading or writing.
Full training will be provided.
Pay and Requirements
Pay: £46 for a half day, £83 for a full day.
Requirements:
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to exam regulations.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
A CV covering the last 10 years of employment (where possible).
Legal right to work in the UK.
