About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in the classroom by:

  • Supporting small groups and providing one-on-one assistance to students with varying abilities and needs.
  • Aiding classroom teachers with curriculum delivery and lesson preparation.
  • Assisting students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
  • Enhancing literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Offering guidance on behaviour and social development.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous experience working with children in a classroom or similar setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and the ability to engage with students of different ages and abilities.
  • A passion for education and a genuine commitment to supporting student success.
  • While a relevant qualification (e.g., Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Certificate) is advantageous, it is not essential.
