Tradewind Recruitment is looking for Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work with secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taff, providing vital short-term and long-term staffing solutions. We're working closely with schools in the borough that take great pride in delivering education through the medium of Welsh, and we need dedicated individuals to help maintain this high standard.

About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, your role will be varied, making every day different. You will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students stay on task with the work set. This role is ideal for those with experience in education, youth work, or other fields where you've supported young people. No formal teaching qualifications are required, making it an excellent opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, or those considering a career in education.
