Supply Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to work in client schools in Tonbridge & Malling. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide invaluable support to students, enabling both academic and personal growth, whilst being able to maintain a flexible schedule.

Role & Responsibilities - Supply Teacher:

* Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom to work on an ad-hoc basis, allowing you to manage your schedule flexibly week-to-week

* Student Support: Be a pillar of support for students within schools, fostering a safe and conducive learning environment.

* Adaptability: Cover a range of subjects, following the plans and using the resources set by the class teacher.

* Behaviour Management: Uphold school behaviour policies, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.

Requirements:

* Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an alternative, equivalent qualification

* Own or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the Update Service, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

* CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible

* Legal right to work in the UK
