What support do you offer International teachers?
Plenty! We have local international consultants who are ex teachers, have taught in the UK and know the process of relocating to another country. We also run 35 PD courses throughout the year which are free for you to attend once you’re registered with us.
Once you have registered with us, you will be in contact with our International team based in the UK who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have – no question is too big and remember with Tradewind you’ll have our support from day one.
If you’re currently in Aus and want to get the ball rolling, we run frequent UK webinars and info sessions plus we’ll put you in touch with other Australian teachers relocating and those who are already happily teaching in the UK.
Do I meet other teachers through Tradewind?
We have many social events which we run throughout the year both in the UK and for those based in Australia too.
Keep an eye out for our monthly Cheese and Wine evenings in Melbourne plus our info sessions in other big Aus cities which you can attend before you journey over to the UK.
Once you are here in the UK you will be able to take part in our seminars based in our London and Manchester offices plus we hold regular social events for you to meet other international teachers who are in the same position as you!
