Teaching Assistant for a primary academy based in Nottinghamshire.

Tradewind Recruitment are working exclusively with a primary academy situated in the Hucknall are of the city.
The Headteacher is seeking an experienced and dynamic Teaching Assistant to their school after October half term.
The role will be term time only and during school hours.

The ideal candidate will have UK school based experience and hold a level 3 qualification in supporting schools and learning or the equivalent.
You will be classed as a 'floating' TA and work across various year groups and both key stages.
You will work alongside class teachers, helping support whole class sessions. You may also work with small groups to help with intervention and booster sessions.
Part of your role will be to work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support in literacy and numeracy.
You will help asses' pupils progress and feedback to the teacher. Together you will work on raising pupil's attainment.

The school is a good school as per Ofsted and caters for pupils from Early years up to year 6. It's a single form entry school.
Set in a modern building, class rooms are large. There is a large playground and field for the pupils to enjoy.
The school provided off street parking for staff.

The head is seeking a friendly and dedicated professional who is looking to carve out a long standing career in the school.
