• Work within a supportive special needs school environment, catering to the individual needs of primary school students.
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons adapted to the abilities and interests of each primary school student.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to create personalised learning plans and interventions.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with primary school children with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong understanding of different SEN profiles and strategies to support diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
