Year 4 Primary Teacher Wanted in Sheffield!

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Primary Teacher to join a dynamic team at a friendly primary school in Sheffield, starting from September 2024.

The Role: As a Year 4 Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying a strong foundation for our students' educational journey. You will deliver creative and inspiring lessons that not only meet the requirements of the curriculum but also captivate the imagination of the pupils. You will be responsible for providing a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn.
