A Roman Catholic primary school in the Islington area of North London are seeking a full-time Key Stage 1 and 2 PPA Teacher to start in January 2019, for the remainder of the academic year. The role will involve covering PPA with responsibility for teaching every year group across Key Stage 1 and 2. Competitive salary is available in line with experience (MPS 1-4 Inner London - £29,663 - £34,547).

This Ofsted graded 'Good' school situated nearby to Archway in Islington are looking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational teacher to join their team in January 2019. They are looking for teachers with the ability to deliver inspiring lessons that motivate children to achieve the highest standards. The school is proud of its' strong Catholic ethos, and is ideally looking for a practising Catholic teacher to embrace this as part of their everyday teaching, but also is open to applications from teachers who are sympathetic to the religious values, and worship activities that take place in the school.
The headteacher is ideally looking for a teacher who is experienced across Key Stage 1 and 2, and is flexible in their approach to different year groups, with excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

The responsibilities for this Key Stage 1 and 2 PPA Teacher role will include:
*Teaching in all classes across Key Stage 1 and 2, covering for staff PPA and release time
*Leading a foundation subject such as Science or Art
*Creating a classroom where children work in a purposeful and stimulating environment that supports a wide range of learning styles
*To teach a balanced Curriculum and to ensure that each child fulfils his or her potential by providing teaching and learning of a high standard.
