Tradewind is actively recruiting graduates in Cambridgeshire for year-long paid positions beginning in September 2024 within our exceptional schools!

***Graduate Teaching Assistants wanted across Cambridgeshire

***Primary School placements in Cambridge, St Neots, Peterborough, Ely, and many more locations

***Starting in September 2024 for an entire academic year - £85 - £90 per day

***Open to graduates with a 2:2 or above

***Opportunity for development when TA year is completed

Each year, Tradewind collaborates with and assists numerous graduates seeking entry into the field of education. We provide them with their initial opportunity to gain experience in classroom settings, spanning various age groups, EYFS to KS2, throughout Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. These positions are available in diverse primary schools, serving as an excellent stepping stone into the education and teaching domain. While prior experience is not obligatory, a strong academic background, a dynamic and confident demeanour, and a dedicated work ethic are indispensable!

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you can anticipate the following benefits:

The Graduate Teaching Assistant role necessitates:

  • Passion for teaching and committed to assisting students from various backgrounds and abilities to achieve continuous progress in the classroom.
  • Possession of a degree (ideally at least 2:2), along with strong A-Level and GCSE results.
  • Ability to confidently and effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds.
