*Manage pupil progress socially and academically whilst tracking the progress of individual pupils within your class using Tapestry and children's individual Learning Journals
*Be involved in decision making and policy development across the school in consultation with whole staff, where appropriate

The school strongly believes in empowering children to teach them the skills to become independent lifelong learners. Their practice focuses highly on child initiated learning, listening to and interacting with children to find out their interests and develop a passion for learning.

The Early Years setting in the school houses a private garden, which promotes outdoor learning to develop investigative skills and exploration. Lessons are taught in a gracious Victorian listed mansion in a quiet tree-lined street; although the building has been modernised to offer a high level of safety and efficiency without sacrificing any of its charm.
