A renowned school in Knowsley is currently seeking a dynamic Drama Teacher to join their team after May Half term.

Position: Drama Teacher Location: Knowsley, United Kingdom Type: Full-time Contract: Fixed Term Salary: Up to £189.50 per day

Responsibilities: As our Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for inspiring and engaging students through the magic of theatre. Your main duties will include:

Designing and delivering engaging drama lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities and learning styles.

Encouraging students to explore their creativity, develop self-expression, and build confidence through various dramatic techniques and activities.

Organizing and directing school productions, nurturing talent, and providing opportunities for students to showcase their skills.

Assessing and evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress.

Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to create interdisciplinary projects and cross-curricular opportunities.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A relevant degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.

Experience teaching drama to students of varying ages and abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

A creative approach to lesson planning, incorporating both classical and contemporary techniques.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capability to manage productions and extracurricular drama activities.
