Tradewind Recruitment are seeking flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support Secondary Schools in the Lincolnshire area. We are collaborating with many schools in the area that are consistently seeking high-quality and professional individuals to provide students with consistency during teacher absences.

The position involves the following:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to students in KS3 - KS5, ensuring they are focused and engaged with the tasks set by absent teacher.
  • Be adaptable in the classroom and overcome challenges as they arise through good behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
  • Demonstrate professional and positive attitudes in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with members of staff on site and encourage good behaviour from students.

  • Experience working within an educational role.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one)

The rate for this role will be £85 - £95 per day.
